The Cayce Telecommunications Division is the front line for responding to emergencies in the City of Cayce. We are currently staffed with 7 telecommunicators that work 24 hours a day to provide the highest quality service to our community. The Telecommunications Division is responsible for answering calls for Police, Fire, and Medical emergencies and also calls for service, then identifying the appropriate personnel and relaying required information to those personnel.
